Mission Statement
Enterphase is a residential treatment agency that works with latency and adolescent children and their families. We provide staff operated and community based alternative settings, as well as day treatment programming. The name "Enterphase" proposes entering into a new phase for the child and family by providing a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. Within this new phase of life there is a focus placed on skill development and growth. The goal for our clients and their families is to develop the ability to better understand and manage their lives in a more meaningful and productive manner. This is accomplished through role modelling and teaching within a consistent structured setting. Treatment planning within Enterphase balances normalization with the treatment needs of each individual child. This is achieved through a collaborative approach using a multi-disciplinary team including professionals and community care givers. Accountability of program performance is an integral part of the process in ensuring the child and his/her family's needs are being addressed.
Enterphase Child & Family Services Program Goals:
Enterphase Child & Family Services will assist its clients in the development, skill and self confidence needed to grow in becoming secure and responsible adults. To this end we will provide secure and predictable environments in which children can "grow up" without having necessarily move from within the program. Program needs in collaboration with placing agencies are being developed in meeting the needs of the multi problematic child requiring full staff treatment resourcing, alternative community based programming to semi independence transitional placements. We will endeavor to develop interpersonal skills, reaffirm his/her self worth, a positive identity of self, natural family, and community. Treatment goals will be individually tailored in meeting the needs of the child and his/her family. We will assist in fostering a sense of community, develop a community-based team that will be involved as an integral part of his/her daily routine.
